Your assigned Advisor drives long-term vision and technical enablement with insightful advice and a long-term business relationship. They bring expertise in Esri platform capabilities and/or vertical industry GIS implementations.
Annual Planning Meeting
Meet with Esri to define and discuss your organization’s geospatial solutions and services. Discuss your objectives and requirements, and define or revise the Work Plan with input from key organizational stakeholders.
Technology Exchange
Team up with Esri experts in an annual one-day technology orientation to exchange ideas. The objective is to help you to better understand the ArcGIS Platform and to discuss information and technology impacting your solutions and services.
Work Plan
Drive your GIS initiatives through a collaborative working document with your Advisor. The Work Plan is a road map that outlines your GIS vision, goals, objectives, and recommended activities.
Training and Support
Achieve your goals through focused consulting, training, and Premium Support Services. You’ll use Learning and Services Credits to address specific objectives.
Quarterly Technology Webcasts
Gain insight on the latest advancements of the ArcGIS platform through quarterly technology webcasts. Learn about the Esri software platform and ways to maximize immediate impact on business practices.
